Elegant Villa with pool, garden and panoramic view
Villa Meléte is located just 700 m from the center of the small historical village of Chianni (PI). The position of the structure offers a unique panoramic view of the surrounding Tuscan countryside.
The large living area of 300 square meters spread over two floors and offers a comfortable space for up to eight people (over 2 children).
The villa is accessible via a paved access road and protected by an electric gate. There are three reserved parking spaces available to guests.
Villa Meléte is the ideal holiday destination for families or groups who want to spend a relaxing holiday together in a beautiful landscape and a pleasant atmosphere and do not want to lose the company of their four-legged friends. Dogs are welcome here! In the walled garden, “landlords” or “master” can leave their dear roommates playing fools without worries.
In the immediate vicinity of the villa there are a number of small typical places that are worth exploring (Casciana Terme, Terricciola, Peccioli, Lajatico – birthplace of Andrea Bocelli). The sea, and the sandy beach of Vada, for example, is only 33 km away and the famous Tuscan cities of art and culture are easily reachable within a few hours.
Ground floor :
In addition to the kitchen, the ground floor houses a separate dining room, a fireplace room and a TV room with comfortable sofas and guest toilets.
First floor:
The first floor has a total of four bedrooms, three are equipped with double beds, the fourth has two single beds. To one of the bedrooms belongs an “En Suite” bathroom, besides there are 2 generous showers at this level. The bright and welcoming furnishings contribute to well-being and guarantee a pleasant and elegant atmosphere.
Outdoors:
The outdoor area of the villa is very spacious. A covered loggia, equipped with a dining table, chairs and sofas, invites you to cozy meals in the open air, and then in good company. Like a glass of wine to end the evening on comfortable seats. The 11 x 5 m pool attracts with a refreshing cooling. Shaded umbrellas, sun loungers and loungers in the pool area promise rest and relaxation. Here in the pool area there is another outdoor bathroom with a shower. There is also a washing machine.
