Booking terms and conditions
Reservations must be made with a complete request from the contact form and booking on the website; telephone booking requests will be entered by Villa Meléte, subject to verification of the availability requested for the dates indicated by the customer.
Booking online
The customer can check the availability of the structure online, indicating the most congenial check-in and check-out dates; during the online booking all the fields indicated (obligatory) must be filled in with the relative payment methods indicated on the booking form.
At the time of booking must be paid a fee equal to 25% of the total amount for the entire stay; will receive an email confirming the receipt of the reservation and a summary of the data entered during the booking. The booking confirmation will be communicated by e-mail, together with the verification of the amount indicated.
The balance of the total amount of the reservation must be within 3 weeks of the scheduled check-in date; if the balance is not paid within the deadline set, Villa Meléte avails itself of the right to cancel the reservation, with the penalties * for cancellation.

Bank transfer
Customers wishing to make the payment by bank transfer, must send a copy of the accountant of payment (both for the deposit of 25% for the total balance) to the following email: booking@villamelete.com
Upon confirmation of the transaction, the customer will receive confirmation of the reservation.
Payment by credit card
Payment by credit card must be made on the PayPal circuit, which has the possibility to make the payment with the credit cards of the above indicated circuits. Upon confirmation of the transaction, the customer will receive confirmation of the reservation.
Penalties applied in case of withdrawal and cancellation of the reservation
The customer has the right to cancel the reservation, the penalties applied for cancellations are as follows:
- more than 60 days before the start of the stay – 100% of the advance deposit will be withheld (no refund)
- 60/45 days from the beginning of the stay – 100% of the advance deposit and 40% of the balance will be retained (60% refund of the balance)
- 45/30 days from the beginning of the stay – 100% of the advance deposit and 50% of the balance will be retained (50% refund of the balance)
- 30/25 days from the beginning of the stay – 100% of the advance deposit and 80% of the balance will be retained (20% refund of the balance)
- less than 20 days before the start of the stay – 100% of the advance deposit and 90% of the balance will be withheld (10% refund of the balance)
- for cancellations made on the day of check-in – 100% of the advance deposit and 100% of the balance will be retained
